Here’s the deal…

Everything in your life has clues.

The inner callings are clues
The “randomness” of life has clues
And your comfort zone has clues.

That’s how you evolve as a human.

You choose your next big move over your certainty in where you’re currently at.

You choose to grow, so your soul doesn’t die.
Harsh, and true.
We are all either growing or dying.
And if you choose your comfort zone, you’re dying.

Okay so, let’s not let that happen.

The first thing we need to do is talk about your comfort zone.

Your comfort zone is your safety bubble, it is a layer of protection you use to avoid risk, failure, and uncertainty. You’ve decided if you stay there you will live a safe and secure life.

And confidence…

Here’s the thing most people have wrong about confidence, it’s a result. Confidence is a result of you stepping into what you want. It’s not something you were born with for every new season of your life. You have to create it, by repeating action.

Changing comfort zones into confidence…

There are three parts to channeling your inner wizard and turning your comfort zone into confidence.

1 – Define: What is on the other side of your comfort zone?

What epic goodness is waiting for you?

Why would you even want to take action or become confident if you don’t even know what your limitless life looks like. In order to step into your full confidence you have to be clear on your full potential.

2 – Stop Hiding: What’s the thought that is locking your comfort zone in?

There’s a reason you’ve built this safety net, and it’s name is fear. Fear is the thought that is locking your comfort zone in. But that’s not even the biggest problem, the biggest problem is that you are hiding from your comfort zone and letting it unconsciously run the show.

So you choose action like, sitting on the couch watching Netflix instead of taking massive action in your business. You choose comfort over confidence by playing your comfort zone on repeat. You give your comfort zone power by letting it run that way.

To take the power away you have to own up to it, here’s how:

Finish this sentence… I am afraid because…

3 – Change your mind: This is not true because…

If your fear is the thought locking the comfort zone in, then there is a thought that will lock the confidence in too.

And the only person who can change your mind is YOU.

Create new evidence, create a power statement.

New evidence can be truth of past achievements or about your personality, it can even be proof someone else you know has done it because if one human can, so can another .

Once you create that new evidence, choose to act from this space.

How would this woman show up? What would she do?

Both 2 & 3 are THOUGHTS.
YOU choose your thoughts.

You can choose to act from your fear and build a comfort zone or you can choose to act from your excitement and build confidence.

When you choose to act from your excitement in repetition (The combination of 1+3) … you create confidence.

Find the clues your comfort zone has left…

Change your own mind, only you can do that
Act from the excitement instead of the comfort.

And do the damn thing.

Once you take that initial step of discomfort, you’ll realize that your worst fear wasn’t so dramatic after all.

See you on the other side of your comfort zone.
