Tired of the same old advice to FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAYS!!! Wondering how you even get to that point… then listen up.

Every human operates differently. Some are meant to move in the moment while some are meant to ride out an emotional wave before they leap. (Human design has seriously helped me to navigate this knowing for myself and many of my clients).

There are a few steps people miss in the comfort zone breaking process before they blindly leap.

Blindly leaping over and over again can lead you to burnout and massive resistance. When you can stay present with your comfort zone breaking process, you create freedom and space to align back to your core being.

The 3 Comfort Zone Breaking Tips:

1. The comfort zone begins in your mind, so begin there

Catch your comfort zones in action by becoming an observer of your thoughts and allowing yourself to set up new thought patterns. This is just where the work begins…

2. Embody the feelings

If you continue to live in your mind, you’ll continue to find your comfort zone. Move your energy by literally moving your body. When you are in your comfort zone – you are tense, constricted. When you are in joy and purpose you are lighter, taking up space. Stop sitting stagnent in your comfort zone.

3. Pay Attention to head and heart talk

This is where you really begin to learn how you operate as a unique human being. Don’t choose comfort zone leaps just because it worked for someone else or  because someone said you “should.” Learn the way different feelings show up for you. Real fear and comfort zone fear feel dramatically different in your body.
